By using EasyBudget, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description

EasyBudget is a personal budgeting app that helps you track income, expenses, and savings goals. All data is stored locally on your device.

Free Features

The core budgeting features — transaction tracking, categories, recurring transactions, savings goals, monthly limits, CSV export, and calendar view — are free and always will be.

Premium Subscription

• The AI Budget Advisor is a premium feature available via weekly or yearly subscription.
• Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

AI Advisor Disclaimer

The AI Budget Advisor provides general financial suggestions based on your spending patterns. It is not financial advice. We are not licensed financial advisors. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
• You are responsible for backing up your data (via CSV export) before deleting the app.
• You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes.

Limitation of Liability

EasyBudget is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from use of the app or its AI recommendations.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
